The Portsmouth Friendship Centre is a multi-cultural community centre in the heart of Southsea. A large function hall suitable for events, fitness classes, dance workshops, children’s parties and other celebrations. Meeting rooms for training and learning, breakout sessions and individual counselling. Permanent office space to let. Free car parking is also available at the centre.

I don't know. I left Portsmouth over 60 years ago to join the Royal Navy - I lived before in Grosvenor Street (long demolished (what was left by Herr Hitler) but surely - this building was the Telephone Exchange. I went to school at St Judes and St Lukes so knew the area well.
